Today, we’re excited to spotlight our dedicated team, whose innovative approaches are shaping the future of farming by focusing on key soil nutrients like zinc and iron. Together, we are committed to helping growers achieve high yields, effective returns and strong soils. **A Shared Passion for Agricultural Progress** Our team is driven by a deep-rooted passion for agricultural innovation. With years of combined experience, we have seen firsthand how climate-smart farming practices impact soil health and crop performance. We believe in providing growers with the tools and knowledge they need to not only improve their yields but also cultivate resilient soils for future generations. > *"Healthy soil is the foundation of a thriving farm. By focusing on essential micronutrients like zinc and iron, we’re helping growers improve crop quality and protect their soil’s vitality for the long term,"* says Leonardo Amancio Lopes, Sales Director. **Zinc and Iron for Healthier Crops** Two essential micronutrients, [zinc](https://blog.lucentbiosciences.com/sprout-stronger-how-zinc-availability-boosts-crop-germination?hsLang=en-ca)and [iron](https://soileos.com/products/soileos-iron/), play a critical role in promoting plant health and maximizing yield potential. Our team has honed in on these nutrients, ensuring that growers have access to solutions that address deficiencies effectively. ![](https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXfSv3D_j7jUwHngE6Ak0iFQbFTe54peeFqUbjDnDB9uzAr6CAG2YwSMmkn_40Qj8ez13SGsKjsJBOCFedentXj3NEUTAxZTWY-yfYgvzvs-7ZZgBmhF68eT8pmMyzegdrYapVVxcjiPuDr8F1L2TIgRFazN?key=A4JlJKvxKdH7aGyMNc7i5g)![](https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXcbOn-_tzCG2e1hh43IEk49jJVjjARioyPqhh7ntvaTY0yhd0EXZltuS2U8JZqpzqkJJsiMss9iTo_z96j_tcBySN7wk4K5RzPFeqFY-ZXcAoaBaKx2Zal9LBFFzvVe6AzScFSj3G9SV8mMIqjEI_-Z_vXr?key=A4JlJKvxKdH7aGyMNc7i5g) **The Soileos Advantage** Our focus is on precise nutrient management. By delivering essential micronutrients like zinc and iron through the microbiome, we ensure they are available at the right time and place. Our advanced formulation integrates seamlessly with soil biology, minimizing nutrient losses and maximizing uptake efficiency. This approach not only addresses deficiencies but also promotes stronger, healthier crops and soil. **Empowering Growers for the Future** The Soileos team is committed to providing growers with the tools they need to achieve high yields, effective returns, and cultivate strong soils. We believe that by focusing on nutrient efficiency and soil health, we can help farmers boost productivity today while building a foundation for future success. *"Our goal is to empower farmers to achieve high yields and maintain strong, resilient soils. By focusing on the right nutrients, we’re ensuring that crops thrive now and in the years to come,"* concludes Leonardo Amancio Lopes.
